Deliveries & Returns

 

We aim to dispatch all other orders within 1-2 days dependent on current stock availability.


  Delivery will be 1-3 working days from order or to Ireland 3-5 working days from order


The customer must inspect the goods supplied immediately on receipt and notice of any loss or damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt


A minimum handling charge of up to 20% will be made for goods returned for credit and subject to our discretion. Consumers have a statutory right Under the distance selling regulations to return goods within 7 days of the delivery date. The refund will be given within 30 days.


 Should packing material be damaged or internal accessories be missing, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied.


Goods returned for faults and found to have no fault after testing will be returned to the Customer and a testing fee of £35+VAT & £15+VAT handling will be invoiced and payable.


Locks and keys are non refundable


 A T Ball Electrics reserve the right to refuse items returned other than warranty issues if the said products have been used or are unboxed.


All Products are covered by a 2 year Warranty
To the original purchaser of the equipment.
The 2 year warranty starts from your original purchase date.
Products considered faulty within 30 days of receipt will be replaced with a
New or Equivalent item

Returned item shall be tested by A T Ball Electrics to confirm the fault.
Once the fault is confirmed a credit note will be issued to your account.
Any products returned which are found not to be faulty will be shipped back to you after payment of a minimum cost for testing and handling
The warranty guarantees against defects in parts or workmanship but DOES NOT
cover the following:
+ Incorrect installation
+ Damage by mishandling
+ In transit damage back to A T Ball Electrics
+ Unauthorised modification
+ Operation or storage outside of environmental specification
+ High voltage spikes such as lightning strikes
+ Software functions not included in the original product
+ Water ingress/damage as a result of flooding

 
Transport costs for items returned under warranty are the responsibility of

the sender but return to customer transport costs are the

responsibility of A T Ball Electrics if found to be faulty

If no fault found minimum costs for testing and handling before

reshipping back to the customer

GUARANTEE (ENGLISH) from GI.BI.DI.

 

GI.BI.DI. Guarantee

The performances of its own manufacturing products only and exclusively with

regard to uses, destinations, applications, etc. explicitly indicated. The guarantee is intended to be

applied only to GI.BI.DI. components and thus not to the whole project or installation in which they

are included. Any other use has to be considered improper and therefore dangerous. In the case the

purchaser intends products above mentioned to sale, it will be his own burden and responsibility to

let know to his buyers the indications in object.

This guarantee, in commercial relationships or in case of good's sale for professional use, is given in

compliance with art. 1512 CC of the Italian law and is restricted to the repair or replacement of the

component recognized as defective because of design, material or manufacture defect, referable to

GIBIDI, within 24 months from the date of sale or installation, as long as it is duly certified from a

valid fiscal document (invoice or receipt note with Transport Document), indicating the data of the

products installed (code, series number, etc...). In the absence of these sales documents, GIBIDI

will recognize the guarantee of 30 months starting from the production date, excluded the defects
deriving from tampering. Except faults deriving from tampering or facts caused by the same

purchaser as wrong installation, modifications or reparations made without GI.BI.DI.

authorizations, use, maintenance or conservation not correct.

Possible reparations / substitutions do not extend guarantee’s duration. You must consider excluded

from guarantee the use of control board equipments and/or control and safety accessories not made

by GI.BI.DI., feeding tension’s irregularities, use different from what expected or any other cause

that cannot be ascribed to GI.BI.DI. These faults’ verification lies exclusively within the

competence of GI.BI.DI. technicians. Except GI.BI.DI. malice or heavy fault, this one is not

answerable for direct, indirect and/or consequential damages deriving to the purchaser from end

products (as, for instance, damages for non - use of supplied goods, on behalf of the purchaser

and/or the end user).

The guarantee above mentioned takes up and substitutes law guarantees for irregularities and

conformities, and excludes any other possible GI.BI.DI. responsibility anyway caused by supplied

goods; in particular the purchaser will not able to claim compensation for damage, price reduction

or contract resolution.

The purchaser looses guarantee right if he is in order with payments. Possible claims will have to be

made in writing, at expiry penalty, within a maximum term of 8 days from products’ receiving date

for quality faults or not conformity that the purchaser could note as soon as he receives goods;

within 8 days from the discovery of hidden faults or not conformity. When the guarantee is expired,

you will be not able to put forward a claim towards GI.BI.DI. Goods shall be forwarded to

GI.BI.DI. with transport cost charged to the purchaser and they will send back ex-works
